This online payment form can be used to pay for your convention registration. ISA encourages online payment through our secure registration service provided by PayPal/VeriSign payment services. Once you select your fee amount below, you will be taken to a secure page hosted by PayPal to enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once you place your order you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail, please keep that for your records. Thank you.

Acceptance:
Do not register unless you have received a formal acceptance letter from the program chair.

You will receive immediate confirmation of your payment by e-mail. If you are registering for another person, please put their name in parenthesis after yours on the form (payee name first, then registrant name in parenthesis), or contact the registration office at isa@u.arizona.edu to register multiple participants. • Early Registration: February 15, 2009 $150.00

• General Registration: March 15, 2009 $195.00

Registration Has Closed: Online registration has ended, please visit the Registration Desk at the conference to register onsite. Thank you. 

Refunds
All refunds for registration cancellations are subject to a $20 service charge, no refunds will be issued after March 15, 2009.
