Notice of Intent to Exhibit and/or Advertise

ISA Annual Convention March 24-27, 2002 (Exhibition dates are March 25-27):

To apply for exhibition or advertising space, please submit a "Notice of Intent to Exhibit and/or Advertise" form. 

For your convenience, the application can be downloaded into MS Word and saved to your hard drive. Instructions for completing the application in Word are provided in the document. You may also print the blank form, fill out the required fields and return it to ISA via e-mail (as a Word attachment), facsimile, or U.S. Mail.
