Faculty Positions in the Department of Political Studies and Public Administration

The Department of Political Studies and Public Administration at the American University of Beirut invites applications for academic positions in the fields of:

• International Relations with emphasis on International Law.

• Comparative Politics with emphasis on areas other than the Middle East.

All positions are normally at the Assistant Professor level to begin September 15, 2008, but appointments at higher ranks and/or visiting appointments may also be considered. Appointments are for an initial period of three years. The usual teaching load is not more than nine hours a week. Sabbatical visitors are welcome.
