Tenure-Line Faculty Position – International Relations, Comparative Studies -- Transnational Crime, Terrorism, Corruption

The School of International Service invites applications for a tenure-line position at the assistant-professor level in the field of international relations or comparative studies, with a specialization in the study of transnational crime, terrorism, or corruption, starting in the 2010-2011 academic year.  Specific areas of research may also include trafficking (human, narcotics, arms), money laundering, transnational crime groups, governance, and international security.

The successful candidate will have a record of research excellence and commitment to a productive research program, and a proven teaching and mentoring ability.  Candidates must hold a PhD or equivalent degree in a related discipline.  The successful candidate will teach at the undergraduate, M.A., and PhD levels.
