New for 2005!
Marketing and Sponsor Opportunities

Over 3500 individuals have submitted proposals for the 2005 ISA Convention in Honolulu, Hawaii. That’s 700 more than we received for the 2004 Convention in Montreal!   

In response to this unprecedented increase in attendee participation, ISA is planning to provide promotional product giveaways as part of the registration material packets. Promote your organization and have your logo and marketing message shared with all meeting attendees. Please review the sponsorship options below and then download the sponsor contract in PDF here.

            Expandable Flap Briefcase with logo(s):

q       Accepting up to five (5) sponsors at $2,000 USD per logo.

q       Commitment deadline is September 30, 2004.

q       Free, one-page flyer insert (you provide the insert) for registration packets.

q       Recognition as "Official ISA Sponsor" in the convention program and on event signage.

            Cyber Café:

q       Sponsor two (2) email stations at $750 USD.

q       Sponsor recognition provided on computers, in convention program, and on event signage.

q       Cyber Café is located in the exhibition hall. Coffee is provided in exhibit hall twice daily.

q       Free, one-page flyer insert for registration packets with two (2) or more email stations.    

q      Recognition as "Official ISA Sponsor" in the convention program and on event signage.

            Coffee Breaks:

q       Sponsor an exhibit hall coffee break at $350 USD per break.

q       Coffee breaks offered twice daily during exhibition hall hours.

q       Sponsor recognition provided in convention program and on event signage.    

 

            Publicity Leaflets:

q       Sponsor display on the ISA Book Stand for $.10 USD per leaflet (x 3500)

q       Sponsor insertion in the Registration Packets at $.25 USD per leaflet (x3500)

          ISA Group, Region and Section Receptions:

q       Sponsorships available starting as low as $100.00 USD.

q       Recognition posted in convention program and on event signage.

q       Registration deadline is December 3, 2004 for program posting!

1 Client creates and prints sufficient flyers or publicity leaflets to equal anticipated registered attendance. Flyers or leaflets must be delivered to Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel between February 14 and February 25, 2005 ONLY. Materials not received by February 25, 2005 will NOT be inserted into registration packets or placed on ISA Book Stand.
