Booth Information & Fees

The exhibition hall will be located in the Northwest Hall at the Hilton Chicago. This excellent location is adjacent to Convention Registration and is centrally located near meeting rooms in the Chicago Hilton. 

Exhibition Booths rent for $850.00 each. Multiple booths rented to the same company are entitled to a multiple-booth discount of 15%. Organizations with a qualified non-profit status are entitled to an additional discount of 10%.

The Northwest Hall is carpeted. The following services and materials are included with your booth rental fee:

q       One 8'x10' booth with 8’-high back drapes and 3'-high side drapes.

q       One 6' draped table (8’ table can be substituted for an additional charge).

q       One wastebasket.

q       Two contour chairs.

q       Standard 7" x 44" booth sign displaying the exhibitor's name and booth number.

q       General Exhibition Hall cleaning.

q       Complimentary convention registration for up to four booth representatives.[1]

q       One complimentary program per booth.

q       Security service during the hours when the exhibition hall is closed.

Official drape colors are navy blue and white. Priority for booth assignments is given to companies that have exhibited in previous years, advertised in the Convention Program, or have sponsored convention events.

Booth Payments and Cancellations

Booth reservations are accepted August 18, 2006 through February 12, 2007 (note - reservations received AFTER December 1, 2006 will not include a listing in the Convention Program).

A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for exhibit space cancellations received before December 1, 2006. After December 1, 2006, a cancellation fee of 100% will be assessed.

Payments for exhibition space are due within 30 days of reservation. Final payments are due by December 1, 2006. Reservations and booth assignments are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
