ISA 48th ANNUAL CONVENTION

Advertising Information & Fees

Advertisements may be placed in the Convention Program. The Convention Program is given to all convention participants and attendees. Ads must be received by 5:00 PM MST December 1, 2006.  Advertisements that arrive after the deadline will be charged an additional 50% if they are included in the program. ISA cannot guarantee placement of ads received after the deadline. ISA accepts only the following media types:  

Ø       Camera – ready art work – black and white only (back cover can contain up to 2 colors)

Ø       Electronic Media (black and white only except back cover) – ISA will accept ONLY the following formats:

PDF – Preferred format! Set as X1A (press quality if not available) and artwork must be separated into black only (grayscale).

Pagemaker – with fonts, images and hard copy backup. Save as version 6.5 or 7 only.

Quark Express

InDesign – PC only, no Mac.

Freehand

EPS – fonts must be embedded or outlined.

  To ensure quality images must be 300 dpi. Please include a separate file of ALL FONTS used in the ad.  ISA is not responsible for format changes if fonts are not provided.  Electronic ads can be sent on CD via US mail, or via email to:

Exhibitors receive a 10% discount off list prices on reserved advertising space. Ad sizes and pricing is as follows:

* Ads will be placed by default to vertical alignment unless otherwise indicated on the Application form.

ISA will provide an Exhibitors Logo page on the ISA website.  All Exhibitors who purchase a program advertisement can submit a logo to our Webmaster.  ISA will provide a free link to the Exhibitor's designated web page.  Submit logos to: joeld@u.arizona.edu and please put “exhibitor logo” in subject line.  Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Advertising Payments and Cancellations

Advertising reservations are accepted August 18, 2006 through December 1, 2006.  

Camera Ready or electronic copy is due by 5:00 p.m. MST December 1, 2006.

Reserved Advertising space cancelled before December 1, 2006 will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Reserved Advertising space cancelled after December 1, 2006 will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.  Advertising cancellations will not be accepted after December 8, 2006.

Invoices are mailed within 48 hours of reservation. Payment for reserved Advertising space is due within 30 days of reservation. Final payments are due no later than December 1, 2006.
